In conjunction with Soli Pierce’s solo exhibition unEarthed, please join Lawrence Tan for a Circle Meditation and a preview of Shamanic sculpture (not pictured) created by Kurt Steger, which will be part of the presentation--all shaping our belief in art as a vehicle for creating community. When Lawrence encountered artist Soli Pierce's work with the circle, a collaboration began. The Shaman’s Circle, made up of gathered stones, is a space for spiritual movement and contemplative stillness. In this world that feels very fragmented, learn this 3-minute practice that you can take home. Tan was Lou Reed's Tai Chi teacher for twenty years. All ages welcome. No experience needed.
